PRODUCT FEATURES
Q: Where can I learn more about the Bambino Diaper and your other ABDL products?A: Our Products page has great detail on our ABDL products, including the Bambino Brief printed ABDL diaper.
Q: Besides the Bambino Diaper what other ABDL products do you offer?
A: We will be announcing more products very soon, but to tell us which products you're interested in, please visit our contact page to let us know what you'd like to see.
Q: Do you offer any small sized products?
A: Yes, we do! Our Small Bambinos are perfect for you smaller babies! They fit hip/waist sizes 22-34 inches. Each case of Small Bambinos comes with 8 bags of 8 Bambinos each - that's 64 total diapers! Try our smalls and see how the beat the competition hands down for absorbency and playfulness!
Q: Do you offer any products without the printed frontal panel?
A: At the moment, we don't, but stay tuned, since we're always adding new features and products! If you're looking for a more "institutional" diaper, we recommend visiting our friends at SecurePersonalCare.com for all of your adult diaper needs!
DISCREET SHIPPING INFORMATION
Q: How do you ship my order? How long will my order take to arrive? And do you ship to PO Boxes? How about to Hawaii or Alaska?A: We use UPS Ground for shipping orders of cases or bags. We use the good ol' US Postal Service for shipping sample orders. Generally speaking, all orders take between 2-3 business days to mailing addresses west of the Rockies, and between 5-7 business days to addresses in the East. Shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii can sometimes be longer (see below).
We CAN ship to PO Boxes, but we must use the US Postal Service, which can sometimes delay the delivery of your order.
For our customers who live in Hawaii and Alaska, we are able to arrange direct shipments for cases and bags only via UPS or USPS Parcel Post, however, at an increased shipping rate; we do not offer shipping for samples. If you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, we will contact you after your order has come through our shopping cart to inform you of the excess shipping charges that will be billed to you via an emailed PayPal invoice. Generally speaking, these can run anywhere from $20 to $40 extra per case for either Alaska or Hawaii - we will figure out what the exact shipping charge is and pass that information along to you.
Q: I don't live in the US. Do you offer any international shipping?
A: Starting in late October, 2007 we will begin direct shipments of products to Canada, Europe and Japan - please stay tuned!
If you live elsewhere, please visit our International Bambino page to see if there is a distributor in your country. If there isn't, please feel free to leave your name and contact info - we promise to get in touch with you when we have a representative in your country - we're adding more contacts in countries daily!
Q: What if I need my order soon - do you offer expedited shipping?
A:If you would like your order to arrive faster, we are able to offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Please note: due to the weight of our product, overnight, 2- and 3-day shipping options cost quite a lot more than you might think; costs can range from $40 to $160 per case depending on distance and time required. To get faster shipping, simply select UPS or USPS shipping options when checking out from our online store and the new total will be automatically calculated (and you'll get your Bambinos even faster!)
Q: I am worried about receiving my shipment. Can you assure me that the box is plain and discreet?
A: YES! We ensure that your entire order is shipped discreetly - from unmarked boxes for our bags and cases to plain white envelopes for our samples. There are NO identifiable markings on the outside of our packages, and the return address for the box merely states: and our postal mailing address. Your privacy is 100% important to us.
PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY
Q: What is your returns policy?A: Due to the hygienic nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns of opened product bags, but in some instances we can accept unopened bags from opened cases.
If you've received a product that you did not order, or if The Bottom Half Group, LLC has sent you a wrong item or a wrong sized product, please contact us immediately at orders@bambinodiapers.com so that we can get you the correct product as soon as possible.
If your order was correct but you ordered a product that does not fit you or that you do not like, you can still return any unopened bags or cases you may have by first contacting us at orders@bambinodiapers.com so that we can quickly handle your return. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the shipping charges from your location to our warehouse in Northern California. Your refund will either be credited towards your next purchase or will be refunded via PayPal.
ORDERING METHODS
Q: How do I order online?A: You can place a secure order from our online store. Once there, you can set up an account via our secure interface and place an order for any of our products.
Q: How do I know that your online shop is secure?
A: Your security is very important to us, and we handle all data as securely as we can. For all orders taken via our Website, we ask for credit card information using a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection - the highest standard for the web. We constantly use third party services to verify our e-commerce security. We utilize PayPal for processing our financial data, and our website is secured by GeoTrust - both very trusted names in e-commerce..
You can ensure that you're shopping securely by checking to see the HTTPS in the address bar of each of our shopping cart pages. If you don't see the HTTPS in the address bar, don't enter any personal information.
Q: If I don't want to order over the internet, can I still place an order?
A: Yes, you can. Please sign up for an account with our online store and then choose "Mail Order" when going through the checkout process. You will then be directed to print out an online invoice and mail it to us with a money order for the total order amount. If you have any questions on how to order via mail, please email us.

Your privacy is VERY important to us. As an e-commerce business, we handle personal data - including (but not limited to) real names, addresses, email addresses, payment and billing information, phone numbers and more - on a daily basis. Personal Information Gathered by BambinoDiapers.com -- we want you to understand how any personally identifiable information you provide to us is collected and used. Of course, we use your name, address and order information in the fulfillment of each order placed on our website. Even during order fulfillment we protect your Privacy - all of our products are shipped discreetly to your door.
We store your personally identifiable information in the following situations:
Payment (Billing) Information - For all orders taken via our Website, we ask for credit card or PayPal account information. This credit card information is secured via 128-bit SSL security as described above.
Contact Information - We collect information about how to reach you at the time you place an order. With your name, email address, and telephone number, we can contact you if a problem in our verification process will delay delivery or if your order requires exceptional handling.

Security - As described above, our site meets stringent security and privacy standards for both e-commerce and personal information. Specifically, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for the areas of our site where we ask you to provide personally identifiable information. SSL technology guarantees that the personal information you give us will be transmitted safely because the information is encrypted.
